"Looked like a good deal at first"
At first the hotel seemed cheap, which was nice, I guess. But once I got closer to checkout, a bunch of extra taxes and fees popped up and the total jumped way higher than I expected. Maybe it was still not the worst price, but it felt a little misleading. I ended up booking anyway because I was in a hurry, though I’m not sure I’d use them again.

"Reservation worked... but it was a little stressful"
I booked a room and the reservation did eventually show up, but the front desk had to make a call to confirm it... which took about 15 minutes. It wasn’t a huge deal, but after a long drive, it definitely made me a little nervous. I’d probably use it again, just with slightly lower expectations.

"They promised quick support, but that definitely wasn’t my experience"
I ran into an issue with my booking and reached out to support a few different times. They make it sound like help is easy to get and someone will get back to you quickly, but in reality I was just waiting around forever with no real updates. When they finally did reply, it wasn’t even that helpful. I felt like I had to keep chasing them for basic information. Frustrating overall, and I wouldn’t use them again

"Decent deals, but the app gets frustrating"
The deals are okay, but the app feels clunky right when you need it to work quickly. It kept freezing on me when I tried filtering hotels, and the checkout process was more confusing than it needed to be. I had to restart the app twice just to get through it. Support basically told me to “try refreshing and restart the app,” which did help eventually, but still, it was annoying. Not the worst experience, just not very smooth.

"Honestly, the hotel options were awful"
I don’t know what I expected, but the hotel choices were seriously disappointing. Everything that came up either looked run down, was in some random far-off area, or just felt like the stuff nobody else wanted. It didn’t feel like I was getting any kind of deal, just picking through leftovers. I got annoyed fast and ended up deleting the app.

"Payment worked, but it was a little clunky"
Booking was mostly fine, but yeah, the payment page froze on me once and I had to try again. The charge did show up correctly in the end, so it all worked out, but it made me a bit nervous for a minute.

"Solid option for a last-minute stay"
I needed a hotel for the same night and was able to find one quickly. The price was reasonable and the app worked without any issues, which made the whole thing easy. I’d definitely use it again the next time I need a room in a pinch...

"Booking was easy enough"
I booked a room in just a few minutes, so that part was smooth. The filters helped me narrow things down, though I did notice the price changed once before checkout, which was a little annoying. Still, not a huge deal overall...

"Room was pretty much like the pics"
The room looked basically the same as the photos, just felt a little smaller in person. Not a big deal tho, it was pretty much as shown

"Refund took longer than I expected"
I cancelled my booking and thought the refund would come through a lot faster. When you’re trying to keep an eye on your budget, having that money tied up for so long is frustrating. The cancellation itself was fine, but the wait for the refund definitely wasn’t great.

"Cheap room when I needed one"
I was just looking for a room last minute and ended up saving a decent amount. The prices were actually lower than what I was seeing on Booking, so that was a nice surprise
